  1. Hi sweetie, I've done a lot of research on improving your eyesight without glasses, contacts or surgury.  There are things out there.  The exercises are out there, however, I have heard that they don't necissarily help everyone that much.  Only some people.  The most popular one I know of is the See Clearly method.  This may sound kind of strange, but I was in jail with this girl who did the See Clearly method and she said it worked great for her.  Her prescription was really low though, and I've heard it only works for people with a really low prescription.  The other program I know if is the Rebuild Your Vision program but I'm not sure if it's a scam or not.  You have to buy it to find out.  Okay, so on the other side of things there is foods and pills.  Obviously, we know that anything with beta-carotene in it is supposedly good for your eyes.  I think other vitamins that are good for your eyes also includes zinc oxide, copper, vitamin e and absorbic acid.  Not too sure what foods those are in, but I know carrots are one of them.  But what can you do to get your daily dose of the proper amounts of those vitamins?  Well, the answer that I have found is to take pills that are just for vision preservation.  I use Bausch and Lomb Ocuvite PreserVision pills.  They are the only ones clinically proven, although none of the pills on the market are approved by the FDA.  So who knows how much they really help?  I don't, because I don't take them as much as the bottle says.  The ones I have, you gotta take 4 times a day.  And they're huge.  So I forget a lot.  But yeah, there are plenty of pills out there that are similar.  I hope this helps you.

  2. eat carrots and get a good nights sleep.

i always used to improve my vision with a new pair of glasses!

...LASIK...don't go there. i did and it's just not worth it. now i have 20/13 vision but i can't see a da*n thing up-close. can't read, can't even see the food on my plate clearly.  i now own more glasses than i ever did...readers, from the drugstore. lose them all the time because they are constantly coming off and on my face.

stick with the two eyes god gave you...

and a nice pair of glasses!

  3. yes but it takes awhile.

    stop using the computer

look at long distance objects and green plants

look up eye exercises on google

  4. Yes exercises do work, but they take a while.

  5. Exercises can help with eyestrain or binocular problems.  As long as you eat a balanced diet, you'll get enough vitamins for your eyes to function well.  Excess vitamins won't improve your vision, though.  Your vision is determined by the shape of the front of your eye and the length of your eye, and there aren't any foods or exercises that will change these.  If you don't want to do laser surgery or wear contacts/glasses, you can look into Orthokeratology.  This includes wearing a hard contact lens at night that temporarily reshapes your cornea for the next day.  Hope this helps.  :)
