  1. Beans and soy products are both good meatless sources of protein.

I also enjoy these; they're very filling and contain a lot of soy protein:

  2. protien shakes and protien bars are great.

Please avoid too much soy, studies show that high ammounts of soy are damaging.

  3. make some fruit smoothies and put soy protein powder it works i tried whey which is the same but soy is vegan which i am going to try to.

  4. soy, beans, eggs lots of cheese & yoghurt.

check this site: it's pretty good

  5. Eggs, walnuts and almonds are good, but you need some more variety.

    Try:

    - Different types of beens, and peas.

    - Soy products like: Tofu, soy burgers, and soy hot dogs.

    - Peanuts, peanut butter and sunflower seeds.

    - Since your lactose intolerant replace dairy with: soy milk, soy cheese, and soy ice cream.

These are the major veggie proteins, but all fruits and veggies have some protein.

  6. Try fasting maybe,it makes absorption of eaten food more efficient, after some amount of fasts You will get more protein from the same food source that You ate before fasting.Your organism is sounding to me unsufficient in absorption of nutrients from food You eat

  7. Two whole eggs everyday does the trick for me. But get organic or free range eggs.

  8. combine proteins:
