  1. Download the latest version of internet download manager.


  2. You have no control over that. Your ISP and the service they provide determines your max upload rate, along with the quality of the lines and the load in your area.

  3. You don't.  Not in Vista or any other OS.  Your ISP controls your upstream speed, not your OS.  You'll need to get a faster connection, possibly a business class connection, if you need faster upstream speeds.

  4. get someone good with computers to change vista back to windows. you can get most, if not all vista features for windows! the person has to really be good though...

    maybe geek squad if you don't know anyone?
