Hi. Can some one give me i dont know a workout/exercise in which I can increase the size of my calves and wrists because they are small like both my wrists (part where you where watches) are like the size of the bone the each almost measure 6 inches.I also measured my calves at the point where they are biggest and measure 12 inches the way around.I would like them to increase a few inches or perhaps with my calves showing muscle.I am currently 16 years old and when I was younger like 10 I was kind of fat but I used to run a lot and they were normal size, so I had decided that I wanted to be more skinny so now I am a bit too skinny and I measure 6' 2.Right now I can't afford to go to a gym but I own free weights.Whats sucks is that I have a bench press with a leg Extension that could of come in handy but my legs are too long and hit the floor so I can't use it.I would like to know what is the best and fastest way for me to increase both my calves and my wrists.
