How to Install Adobe Flash Player

i need help to install adobe flash player because youtube is telling me i need to in order to watch videos! i tryed like 50 times and i wont work. please help me !!!!!!

for downloading use Google. i mean search Micromedia flash player In Google.

for installing , just setup it but it has some problems , but it was a way.

I did it like this:

sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

Which operating system + version are you using? (Eg Ubuntu Hardy).

- On your PC go to SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL > ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS (Programs and Features in VISTA) and remove "Macromedia flash player, Adobe Flash Player ActiveX, Adobe FlashPlayer Plugin" (if exist)

- Go to INTERNET EXPLORER > TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > GENRAL tab > SETTINGS button > VIEW OBJECTS button and remove "Shockwave Flash Object" (if exists)

- Start Internet Explorer go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplaye...  and follow instructions on the download site

- Restart the PC again after the installation.
