How to Judo throw in Beijing 2008?

i bought beijing 2008 for xbox 360 and the judo part is really hard... if anyone knows how to judo throw or any combonations that might work i woul dlove to know... please let me know thnx

JUDO

I got Judo done now too, first off you press the arrow in the right direction as quick as possible then tap the button associated with the direction.

button are as follows: when you press left tap x as fast as you can, up = yellow, right  = red and down = blue. (up has done choke hold for me everytime.)

When you tap the button for the direction it blocks all attacks they do to you aswell, but if your unlucky enough to get a move against you keep tapping the button required and the move gets reduced quick and they only score the lowest move on you.

after you get them in a pin or choke tap the 'LT' and 'RT' quickly to beat them.

does not work for multiplayer as good as 1 player but is still effective.
