How to Make A Grapevine Ball?

Does Any one out there know how to make a grapevine ball?

yep get a ball of your size req.......and cover it with varnish and one by one while drinking the red wine stick the vine leaves all over the ball , hey vesto donta bea pesto,cheeky monkey eh?

I planted grapvines  and used a stick and some chicken weir for each and thay grew like magic!

I used to make Grapevine wreaths.

   You'll need FRESH vine, and small diameter for flex and ease of weaving.

   I guess you could start with a heavy MIL balloon, but rounding might be just freehand working the vine into shape in the weaving, and PERFECT might be a lesser thought

   I suppose you could also start with a glass or acrylic ball, shaping and weaving, to break up after the fact. Perhaps even tightly balled up newspaper would help give you a general shape.

   I'd probably at some point want to soak, tie off loose ends, keep the shape as the vine dries.

   With no offense meant at all, I am always surprised that so many don't do a general WWW search. I found this link in a couple of keystrokes. I hope it helps.
