I don't want to do anything online, even if you're 100% sure it's not a scam. I already babysit pretty much the maximum I can, but I want some way else to make money.

The best way to make money is to sell things.  The trick is finding out what sells and how you can make or buy those things. You could try selling your services, say to shop for people (if they can trust you with their funding).

if your under 15, you can't really work anything but a paper route.

once your 15,16 apply to grocery stores, and get friends to put in word for you at their jobs.
