How to Make Pickled Yellow Radish?

It is called Danmooji in Korean. It's bright yellow in color and is often used in kimbap/sushi. Anybody know how to make it?

  1. The yellow is actually food coloring. They make it by salting the radishes, then marinating them in a sweet brine.
