How to Make a Captain America Costume

I decided im going to make my costume for haloween. I already life size captain america sheild on my wall, and i am making a mask. Now i need to figure out how to make a costume. Could you people with your infinite wisdome help me out? The only one online i can find is this one, and it jsut looks terrible

Go to a Fabric Store like Jo-Ann Fabrics, or the Crafts Section of Wal-Mart and see if they have a pattern. If not either place should be able to order it for you, and the fabric as well, if they don't have it in stock.
