Easy, Just get some clothes line rope, and two pullys. You may want a tall post to if you do not have something to s***w the pully on the other end. s***w the pully on an exterior wall on one side then the other pully on either a tree or that post you bought, it needs to be a tall post to (20 ft) Once you have your two pullys in, attach the clothes line rope and your done.

Tie a rope up and get some clothes pins then hang your clothes

You can buy cloths line from a hardware shop, you will need somewhere to tie the end of the line at both ends of your yard and you will need a prop to support the line.
