Talk to your bishop.  It will either be hard now, hard before you go on your mission, hard before you get married, etc.  

You're 12....take care of it now.  It will get more difficult with time, not easier. NOW is the easy time to deal with it.

Just tell yourself, you need stop for your religion. There are better things out there than masturbating. I'd tell you, but you're only 12.

Actually -- with no intent to offend -- you should NOT stop in my opinion.  Masturbation is good for you.  If I were you, I'd stop the religion, not the masturbation -- but you must do what you elect to do.  Masturbation is completely normal, no matter what any religion says, however.

Think, your brain is the most important organ you evolved.

I'm afraid the Mormon church does condemn masturbation, so you have a real problem. It may help you to know that other Christian churches of different denominations have completely different views; please read this, and be sure to read it all through - the beginning is a bit confusing:

In most denominations there are traditional people, who believe in behaving according to tradition; and liberals, who believe in taking account of the discoveries of science, and in using our own brains to interpret the Bible. I'm a liberal - if we ignored science, we'd still believe that the sun goes round the earth! Galileo got into very serious trouble with the church for disputing that.

Look at the medical evidence - this is from Wikipedia:

"A 1997 study in the British Medical Journal based upon 918 men age 45-59 found that after a ten year follow-up, men who had fewer orgasms were twice as likely to die of any cause as those having two or more orgasms a week."

You can see how this makes sense - when you m********e your heart beats faster, and your breathing speeds up. Since the heart and lungs are two of the most important organs in the body, any safe activity that exercises them is good for your general health.

Other studies have found that frequent masturbation reduces the risk of prostate cancer - a doctor who studied the evidence recommended that teenagers m********e at least six times a week.

Mormons also believe that we are with our Maker before we are born, which is not what other denominations think. Strangely enough, they used to believe in polygamy, though they no longer do.

Think very carefully whether you agree with these Mormon beliefs, or whether the outlook of a different Christian denomination makes more sense to you. Use the internet to research as much as you can, and acquaint yourself with different opinions.

Meanwhile if you decide to continue masturbating, I and millions of other Christians would agree that you are absolutely right to do so.
