Ikea is not franchised. Therefore, you are unable to become the owner of an Ikea store. The one exception to this is in the Middle East, where they have two stores which were franchised.

I would suggest, checking the Ikea website in your coutnry and scrolling to the bottom: it will say "Jobs", and you could apply for a job at a higher level, such as department manager, or even store manager.

You can not become the owner of IKEA Stores you can open a IKEA store in your city if you already have a IKEA store then it will be difficult if you do not have any then you can open a store as a franchise.
