Ok i need help on mu front walkovers! i can do a front limber and come right up from it but i just cant seem to get my walkovers right! And ive tried walking into it but i still cant!!! so can anyone please help me?! i need it really bad for cheer leading!!! And i know Its all about momentum but i just don't know whats holding me back!!! So please help me!! Thanks you soooooooooo x 1 million o's much!!!

  1. just remember when going over push off strongly, stretch your legs, keep them straight, and when you land on that first foot pull with the front foot and push with the back and remember to keep your arm straight too and pull with those as well because it helps you come up better and smoother. just practice as much as you can, stretch your legs and back, and just think to yourself when going over push, stretch, straighten, pull, push finish. i hope i helped.
