How to Play Bingo at Las Vegas?

Can somebody please explain to me how to play bingo in Las Vegas? I've gone to the various "halls" several times, but don't understand why there are different colored bingo cards with different prices. I've played bingo other places many times and you pay by the number of cards purchased, but in Vegas they advertise "green packs and blue packs, etc". I just don't understand what that means. Thank you

the colored packs are for more bidding example... if you buy a red pack you can play all the games in that pack for one low fee
