  1. here is the link for the USPS online:

    https://sss-web.usps.com/cns/landing.do

  2. Your right there is no option to print first class mail international labels on usps.com or even thru paypal so what you can for free is download shipping assistant from usps.com by going here

    http://www.usps.com/shippingassistant/in...

You will be able to print first class mail international labels but you cant prepay the postage but the label will be done for you after you fill in the address details etc. The postal worker should then scan the label when you bring it to the post office and you pay the shipping there and they will put a stamp on it. Also your tracking/delivery confirmation number will be that number on the barcode. Hope this helps

  3. The only servcies that permit the printing of postage for all classes of mail, including FCMI, are subscription, or pay services.

There are no free services that support First Class Mail International.

If you are doing a large volume of FCMI, it may be worth your while to look into Edicia or Stamps.com. The monthly subscription fee might be less than what you are spending for your time in completing the Customs Declaration and standing in line to buy postage at the PO.

You do have to physically hand your packages to a USPS Employee to have them accepted. If you have carrier service, city or rural, talk to your carrier about picking up your International packages.
