How to Read CFL Odds?

I recently came to know about CFL betting and would like to know, how can I read CFL odds. Please specify the way through which I can read CFL odds without any difficulty.

Toronto Argonauts vs. Calgary Stampeders –3.5 — O/U 50.5

In the example above the Stampeders are –3.5-point favourites against the Argonauts. This means that if you pick Calgary they need to win by 4 points for you to win your bet. If you pick the Argonauts then they could lose by up to 3 points and you’d still win your bet because they’re the underdog.

If you’re going to bet on the over/under in the game then you need to decide whether both teams will go over or under the posted point total, which in this case is 50.5 points. If you think both teams will score more then 50.5 points then you’d bet the over and vice versa if you think they’ll score under that amount.
