How to Remove Security Toolbar 7.1 Rogue Virus

Question

i have been infected with Security Toolbar 7.1, it is a rogue virus, i know what it is, i have downloaded a few pieces of software to remove it but they are all trials, they will detect the virus but not remove it if anyone knows a free way or even a manual way of removing the virus that would be great

P.S. Superantispyware, AVG free 8.0, and SpyBot Search and Destroy have all not detected it

It is a rogue anti-spyware program similar to the well known XP Antivirus rogue application.

Can you remove it in add/remove programs?
