How to Remove XF.Gydhex:?

My computer is infected with this virus and i cannot open my Excel files while enabling my anti virus. I also cannot open Macro option in Excel sheet. My anti virus cannot repair it and only give me the option to remove the file. Can anybody tell how to remove the Virus without deleting my data.

Search for the virus and it will give you a complete breakdown of what it is, what files it infects and how to remove it.

They also have FREE tools to help.
