How to Remove a Pimple overnight/ quickly?

Question

I have a HUGE pimple on my chin and I would really like it to go away. It's extremely painful and only a little but if "goo" has come out of it. It's embarrassing, huge, and red. I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow and I would really like it to be gone/ less noticeable. Does anybody have any tips?

Nothing is going to make it disappear overnight but to make it less severe, put toothpaste on it before you go to bed. Trust me, it works. I do it all the time.

i put queen helene mint julep mask on mine overnight and the next day they are almost gone or significantly better i have had acne for years and tried everything and this has been the best spot treatment for me also proactiv refining mask is also pretty good

well theres really no miracle solution to painful and annoying pimples but i have found one thing that does the trick! mario bandescu makes an amazing drying lotion that literally works to remove the pimple in at most 3 days! for me though i often see a MAJOR improvement overnight!

get some sugar and put it in a paper cup add a couple drops of water and stir it so its like a paste. dab some on hour pimp w/a q-tip and leave it over nite. sugar gets rid of the bacteria trust me just try it
