Question:

How to Replace a Main Burner Valve

The model of my Nexgrill is 720-0108, but I hope the main burner valve is similar to the 720-0234. I have the control panel disassembled and the manifold "saddle/clamp" removed, but the valve does not want to come free of the manifold. There is one very small phillips head s***w in the 10:00 O'Clock position on the front of the valve that does not want to turn and I'm afraid of stripping the head. There are two holes in the control panel on either side of the valve that appear to be access holes to screws behing the panel(possibly holding the valve secure), but I see no such screws when a peer through these access holes. Can anyone help? Thank You, Mark.
