  1. -run up and down a hill.

    -practice.

-lunges to make your steps bigger. (this really helps)

-try doing intervals in 4 different ways(on your toes,on your heels, toes out like a duck, and with your toes in.)

All this will help i used it I'm a sprinter and a distance runner.

    hope i helped.

    BTW I'm 15

  2. If you are male, find a really big, steep hill (like maybe the dry side of a pond dam) and sprint to the top as many times as you can.  Just keep doing that, and you will eventually get faster.  This was Walter Payton's secret.

If you are a girl, forget the advise as girls should not do this or stairs until they are out of their teens....your knees aren't worth it (multiple studies have shown this as well as my sister was a sprinter and needed knee surgery in 10th grade).

  3. well i think practice is a must for anything. wherever u run it doesn't matter but for how much time do u prctice. do one thing try to run with ur own friends. the first basic thing is u must practice everyday. if u get a good start then no doubt u'll win if u have enough stamina in u. try to get a good practice for a good start. u can also run 1-2 on the steps. and yes ur body posture also counts when u run. swing ur arms nicely when u run. that's alli want to say. best of luck for ur races. and yes take deep breaths whenever u run.

  4. im not even going to lie but my best record for the 100m is 10 seconds

    for my technique?

i just go down the hill on where i live for like 3 months of practice

then from a 16 seconds i achieved 10 seconds i was so happy that i got that time and my friends were like "h**l no" and some where like "wow someones going to the Olympics"

  5. .

  6. P.P.M.P. (perfect practice makes perfect.) Just keep practicing!
