How to Show battery time left on the taskbar.

Hi, Im using a toshiba laptop here and i had a same laptop before, but got it replaced from futureshop cuz there was a screen problem., anyways on the other laptop it showed the battery time remaining but when i got it replaced with another exact same one, it doesnt show the battery time. this is a new laptop, maybe could be my drivers or somethin? and i dont want any sidebar thingys or downloads for estimated time or somethin jusst want the battery icon on the taskbar to show. THANKS!

right click it and click deltle... or log out

In Windows XP, go to the Control Panel and open up "Power Options".  Click on the "Advanced" tab and check the box marked "Always show icon on the taskbar."
