How to Slice Monterrey cheese?

Get the cheese as cold as you can - I put mine in the freezer for about 15 min.  I slice it with as cold of conditions as I can - on my marble slab, cold knife.  I also cut the chunk of cheese into the width I want and that minimizes the area that I have to cut also.  You could use dental floss, but I am not good with that.  My friend uses a cheese slicer that has a wire between two prongs.
