How to Speak/Learn Study English?

I am studying Diploma in Civil Engineering after my 12th (Marathi Medium) Pune. It is very difficult to study and understanding. But I want to complete the Dip.

Pl tell me how to study and learn english.

I don't know where you are living now, but the best thing to do is always to practice speaking, listening, writing, and reading.  Read English books.  It helps a lot with vocabulary.  Watch English films to help with different accents.  Find a language partner for speaking, even if he or she also doesn't have a high level of English.  It will help you think about what you are saying.  Finally, find an online penpal to help with writing and make a real effort to send well-written e-mails.
