How to Start a Landscaping Business?

Hi, me and my friend are thinking about starting a landscaping business when we turn 16. We were wondering what kind of stuff we would do so we can learn what we don't already know. We would need to know prices, licenses we would need, and stuff we would need (like materials, lawn mowers etc.)
