How to Start my Own Phlebotomy Lab?

I’m trying to start my own Phlebotomy Lab. I have a degree and also have experience in this course for the past 5 years and now I want to do something on my own. I just don’t know were to start or were to begin. I don’t really want to get a franchise involved but if anyone has any info on that I would be glad to here it. Thank you.
