Right now I'm 18 and I have dreams of becoming a singer. Throughout my teenage years, I've always had a lot of trouble with finding my voice and singing in a comfortable tone. Over the years I was able to teach myself how to sing and now I've found my tone, but not my vocal ability. Lately, Ive been singing, trying to stretch my vocals, and my voice is starting to hurt a bit. I'm not yelling, I just don't think that I'm used to hitting notes. What should I eat, drink, and do to my voice to keep it healthy and strengthen it?
