How to Switch off radio completely in GTA San Andreas?

I have tried to switch off radio in a car but it didn't worked in other cars!!!!!!!!!!

just keep pressing up until it says radio off

Keep changing the statoon adn eventually you will come to one that says "radio off" where you usually see the name of the station.

If that doesnt work then go into options and lower th radio volume right down to off.

i'm not sure you can just go into the options and turn the music sound all the way down and it will go away.

In the main menu, go to:

Options => Audio Setup => Radio

Now just mute the radio - set the volume to 0.
