Give Me An Example of How many Minutes I should Do these Exercises and when to do them... How often. Im trying to train for boxing at home because gyms near me are pricy and im 15. Weigh 185 lbs and im 6'2.

Jump Rope --> # of Minutes and When

Shadow Box w/ 3lbs. of Wrist Weight --> # of Minutes and When

Running --> # of Minutes and When

+ any other exercises or things i can do to SUPPORT my "LUNGS/HEART and also For my " Hand SPEED "

    If yeah, then do 10 set 0f 100 jump rope

    shadow boxing for 15 min.

    Running for 15 minutes

    Sprint 15 minutes

    jog 30 min without stop.

    run is good for your lungs/heart..

    hand speed?? practice to fast punch with 5kg in both hands..

    But you must join gym to be a pro..
