  1. Place a bucket with food in it. Put a little ramp if it's not short enough for the rat to hop in. Then leave it there and hope that it smells it and comes in the bucket! Good luck :)

  2. put chocolate in it rats luuuuuuurve chocolate and cheese =D

  3. you could.

    1) Fill a bucket with rat/gerbil food and make sure its small enough for it to jump in and tall enough for it not to be able to get out, make sure the food is not to high.

    2) Get a pet handeler to come and get the rat, if it's not wanted chewing important things.

  4. Did you put bait/food in the trap? And put it near the box that has the chewed papers? Usually there is more than just one rat...

  5. YOu need to wait longer than a day, the rat needs to get used to the trap being there and they usually go out at night too. So I would wait at least 3 days/nights. If you use food to bait it then replace the food regularly so it's fresh. Place the trap round the edge of the garage (along the walls where rats like to run, they don't run into open space)
