HI..I plan to visit Nanchang next week, but i visit shenzen. how to travel by train from Shenzen to Nanchang?and how long?please help

There are a lot of these rail travel questions posted here.  Why don't you go to a local rail station, get a route map or ask the station master for help.  A rail company also may have a web site with all the info you need posted there.

As the old joke goes, those who are riding the moth**fu*kin' train, get on the moth**fu*kin' train.

You'll get there when you get there.  If it really mattered, maybe you should have thought about it before traveling to the other side of the globe.
