How to Unlock Hitachi Logicool Air Conditioner's Remote Control Keys? I've misplaced UserManual & dealer's tel

My Hitachi Logicool Air Conditioner has password to lock the use of AC/keys of Remote Control. Although I never used this facility any time. However, accidentally last night while pressing some key the remote control got locked as it is showing key in the display like the one we see when we lock mobile's keys.Now AC could not be started & However, AC is not asking for any password or AC's display is not showing "LOCK". I have recently shifted my residence & during shifting I misplaced user manual of this AC as well as dealer's contact details. Now I am unable to unlock remote control keys & hence unable to use AC in this hot season. Please help me out if someone kows about it/has copy of user manual or contact details of Hitachi AC Dealers in Mumbai-Dadar or Mahim.My dealer's name was Comfort Zone/Cool Point in Mahim

If you go to the Hitachi website, you should be able to view and print the manual, whether it is a newer or older model. The model info will be on the unit.
