How to Upload pictures when i ask a question or answer one?

Question

Some people ask for pictures in questions like a haircut or sth.

I dont know how i wanna ask a question & put a photo in it to take people's opinions.

Am totally new so plz tell me everything...

You need to have your photo on a site like photobucket or flickr and copy the url link under the photo and right click and paste it in your question/answer as the link below.
