What ever you do do not use baking soda to whiten your teeth. It scrapes off your enamel and makes your teeth fragile. You can go to the dentist and they will bleach them for you there,  do not attempt this at home. Those teeth whitening products in the stores work a little bit but definatley not in a week. I think your best bet is to go get your teeth whitened at the dentist. It is safer and it is easy.

Supersmile, you can find it a sephora or bath and body works, or QVC a little price but its simple and it works, because all your doing is brushing your teeth.  Works like a charm I use it and every one always comments on my teeth, it won't make them fake white, just bright and gleamy, and perfect.

You can always buy those strips for 30 somithing bucks! or you can rinse with hydrogen peroxide. 1/2water 1/2HP then swish in your mouth a couple times and be sure NOT TO SWALLOW....it tastes a little funny and might get foamy. Or mayb eyou can buy listerene whitning..not sure if it works tho
