Better you use COREL PAINT. it also in corel draw software.

You load the corel draw file in corel paint and save as JPEG image

Open the file you want to change and click on file at the top.  Go down and click on "export" here it will give you options of what type of file you want to export it as.  Then it saves it in that file type.
