How to accept all cookies ?

i cant go to most websites because i have my cookies enable thing on and when i go to tools and the internet options and then privacy and then i go to default it saids medium i change it to accept all cookies and click okay nothing changes , it all stays the same !! HELP how do i accept all cookies so i can go to all the websites i want to .

  1. After you accept all cookies,  restart your comp.Sometimes this can be an easy fix.
