K Tony Z....you need to get some mousse. Rub a quarter sized amount in your hands and scrunch it into the roots at the top of your head. You also need a styling cream (I like Aveda Brilliant Styling Cream). Rub a dime sized amount of this on all your fingers and pull at the ends of your hair to get the separated look from the picture.
