she's really pretty.

i think it's mainly her eye color that makes the simple makeup look amazing.

it looks like she uses a lot of mascara, i would suggest covergirl lash blast, or rimmel london's glam eyes, and apply a few coats of that on your eyelashes.  wiggling the wand at the base of your lashes, and swooping upwards to spread the mascara.  wait a few seconds between coats, but don't wait too long and let it dry too much, or your eyelashes will look clumpy.  i think 2-3 coats should be enough.  and it looks like she wears some mascara on her bottom eyelashes as well, so to achieve that, just set your brush right underneath your waterline (which is the white part of your bottom eyelid) and use the same technique as the top eyelashes, and add about 2 coats for that dramatic effect.

well all the attention is focused on her eyes.

so what you wanna do is you a black liner and lightly line you top and bottom lids. the smaller the line the better. then to get that super long lash look go and pick out some lased at a local drug store...apply those. then apply a little bit of mascara to the bottom lashes. again the lighter the better.

then what you wanna do is after you apply a foundation...(for that ultra light and airy look like she seems to have i would go w. dream matte mouse or any kinda matte product) you want to get a peach color blusher and apply that to the apples of your cheeks and then all the way up to your temple...but blend it in. put on a sheer lip gloss...with maybe a hint of pink.

wow shes so pretty ! what it looks like she did as apply a light foundation all over, then line the bottom outside half of her eyes with black eyeliner, then curled her lashes n applied mascara - hope this helps :)
