How to activate my 2nd harddrive?

I have 2 harddrives on my PC but only one of them show, C: .. How do I make the other one show in my computer.

Right click My Computer > Manage > Disk Management > you can format the drive and assign the drive letter there :)

Or through Control Panel, Admin Tools, Disk Management is another way to get there.
