How to add a partner to pediatric practice?

Peds practice - 2 founding MD's (President and Secty). Looking to research the process of adding a MD as a partner to the corporation. Can you point me to some sites. Thanks

I sent you an email about this.  I now where there are lots of physicians with good advice.

Contact the director of the pediatric residency programs nearest you. They know.

Put an ad in Pediatrics or Journal of Peds, or AJDC&A. Or scour the ads, because many docs are looking for positions.

Sometimes even the Similac or Enfamil rep will know who's looking and who is available. Decades ago we had a formula rep who was famous for placing residents in busy practices. Who knows, it may still work.

Wouldn't you want to hire someone as an associate for a year or two before offering partnership straight out? You get an occasional lemon, and partners are harder to oust.
