How to add another member from my family to use my computer also.?

if you're talking about user accounts on a pc, here's some directions

-click "start" on the bottom bar

-click on the picture you have as your account

-it should take you to chage your picture, but just press "home" at the top of the window.

-under "pick a task" choose create a new account.

you should be able to manuver from there!
