it is actually good that the urine lacks color. that means that you aremt losing any calcium or protein. if you want to color it more eat lots of meat and no water with tht tht color will come but imust warn of strong odor accompaning it. Good luck!

Take vitamin B. Riboflavin is highly water-soluble and is excreted in urine, making urine yellow.

Eating pork or liver has the same effect.

you take vitamin c, it'll give some yellow color. but that also depends on how much water you drink.

other drugs can affect urine color too.

LOL, drink alot of strong juice. Drinking to much water dilutes the colour.
