How to add glitter to a picture?

i want to add glitter to a picture, i searched it and there were some websites which did that but it used some html code so i cannot use that pic in hi5 so

i am looking for something to add glitter to a pic and save it in gif

If you have photoshop:

But to do this with a picture, use the magic wand tool to select the part of the picture you want.

..try editing it by yourself using paint or photoshop..im not sure what is their format..

if it shows you the picture as well as the code, just right click and save it. if not, copy and paste the code in Notepad, for example, and look for the gif address. go to the address in your browser, then right click and save when it loads.

Upload your picture first, Then click on "Sparkle effect animation" Under "Animation". There are other cool things you can do with your pictures.
