How to add margins in dreamweaver 8?

I have a header on my page and I want all the text and pictures to fit under it w/o the page ending. If you guys have any advice on how to make a page look more professional that would help too =).

Insert a table with one column, two rows and width of the table equal to the width of the banner. Place your banner in row one and your other content in row 2.
