I know onetruemedia.com can add backgrounds, music, etc. and you can incorporate pics/video together and make one big montage, or slideshow.  You can also add text slides.  It can also hold a considerable size, not sure how much, but I just uploaded a video on there no problem that was too big for myspace or even youtube...  But anyways, you can add music to it like you asked.  I'm sure there's other websites also.
