How to add text in photoshop?

I downloaded a font in the internet but now I want to use it in photoshop how do I make it come out in photoshop so i am able to use it!?!

Assuming your have a Windows pc, you need to copy the font file into C:\Windows\fonts

The next time you open Photoshop (or any other application that uses fonts (e.g. Word), it should be there.
