i am a 20 year old guy who is very thin and i am want to add weight really badly..i am just 40 kgs plz give suggestion

  2. I was once in the same situation like you. Since I was so skinny and I found out it's hard for me to wear any clothes, I started working out and keep eating.

    I think you should just do the same thing, too.

    Just keep eating and doing exercises. The reason why you need to do exercises is you need to burn your body fat and fasten your metabolism. And you can start lifting weight after running. Just do regular workouts like push-ups and sit-ups at home. Or you can go to the gym and lift weight. Keep eating a lot and most importantly, you just need to eat foods with high protein. Foods like eggs, fishes, lean meats, any kind of nuts help.

    I was once 45 KG and now I'm 56 KG and I think I can still gain a lot more. And I've been working out for almost a year.

  3. The key ingredient to gaining muscle mass is to add lots of PROTEIN to your daily diet. You should have 1.0-1.5 grams of protein for each pound you weigh. Protein helps your body to build lean muscle after your workout. Speaking of workout, I would start with simple toning exercises (low weight/more reps) to get your muscles used to being worked. After about 2 weeks you can go to the strengthening exercises (high weight/low reps). This will break down your muscles fast and with all the protein in your diet, when they heal it will be solid lean muscle mass. Muscle weighs alot more than fat.
