How to adjust hop up on an L96 airsoft sniper.?

Every time i shoot the bullet goes much higher than where i had aimed. This may be the scope but i believe its the hop up. Please help!

Well with most hop up on airsoft guns you find on the gun where it says hop up and there is a little slide you slide but the best way to figure out is either my the instructions you got with the gun but if you don't have that type your gun in on youtube and find a review on it and if its a good review they will reveal the hop up to you and tell you how to adjust it.
