  1. You have to pull the fake "charging handle" and it will open the fake "ejection port" and look inside you will see the hop-up adjuster - it's the k**b closest to the barrel, just rotate it up or down to adjust.

The charging handle is located on top of the gun inside the carry handle, you have to swing the k**b left or right (depending on if you are left or right handed) then pull back.  The ejection port is on the right side.

    Here is a decent pic

    (search for "hop up wheel")

  2. I have a g36c too (but a KWA).  If you look under the carrying handle (what the sights are mounted on) you will see a shaft and at some point it has what looks like a hinge. you grab what it attached to the hinge and it will turn to make a right angle.  You pull it back and a compartment on the right side will open.  inside you will see a bar attached to a black (im pretty sure it's black) cylinder with grooves in it.  In order to put more hop-up on, you turn toward the carrying handle.  In order to put less, you will tun it toward the handle of the gun.  if you have maximum hopup, the bb will rise drastically after 50 feet or less, if you have minimum vise-versa.  You are trying for right in the middle.  If it is right, the bb will go straight and drop after at least 100 or so feet (no need to measure).  It is okay if it starts to go up a little then goes down or in the middle again, you have a tiny bit too much but will be okay in a game, so don't try to adjust it.  keep playing with it for a while so you can get optimal distance and accuracy.  And make sure you are not stingy with your bbs, it is normal to drop over a clip adjusting hop-up.  And make sure you do it often.  I have to do it every week, sometimes twice to keep my gun adjusted correctly.
